Pierre La Tour to Become Salvatore Ferragamo CFO Effective from March 18

On Monday, Salvatore Ferragamo, the renowned luxury group from Italy, announced the appointment of Pierre La Tour as its Chief Financial Officer, effective March 18. Alongside this role, La Tour will hold the title of “manager with strategic responsibilities.” This appointment follows the departure of Alessandro Corsi from the company at the end of September.
In a press release, Ferragamo’s Chief Executive, Marco Gobbetti, expressed confidence that La Tour’s international profile and diverse experience would significantly contribute to the group’s value.
Pierre La Tour has been serving as the CFO and Investor Relations executive at Biesse, an Italian-listed company specializing in the design and manufacture of machinery and systems for furniture and window production, since 2019. His professional background includes roles at Societe Generale, Fiat, and CNH Industrial.
