As of February 20, 2024, Gianluigi Aponte was the wealthiest person in Switzerland, with an estimated net worth of 29.1  billion U.S. dollars, followed by Rafaela Aponte-Diamant (No. 2, $29.1 billion), Ernesto Bertarelli (No. 3, $9.5 billion); and Ivan Glasenberg (No. 4, $8.1 billion).

Guillaume Pousaz is the fifth-richest person in Switzerland, with a whopping $7.2 billion. Thomas Schmidheiny ranked 6th with a personal wealth of $6.6 billion, followed by Magdalena Martullo-Blocher with $6.4 billion. Rahel Blocher is placed 8th with a net worth of $6.4 billion. Rudolf Maag ($5.9 billion) occupied the 9th position among the top 10 wealthiest people in Switzerland.
