The 50 Richest People in the Philippines, 2023 List

Led by the top three: the Sy siblings, along with Manuel Villar and Enrique Razon Jr, the wealthiest individuals in the Philippines, saw an increase in their combined wealth this year, rising by 11% to $80 billion from $72 billion last year, as reported by the most recent CEOWORLD magazine report of the 50 richest people in the country.

The Sy siblings, who inherited the SM Group, maintained their position at the top of the list by adding $1.8 billion to their net worth, bringing their total to $14.4 billion. Property mogul Manuel Villar came in a distant second with $9.7 billion, a $1.9 billion increase from the previous year. Enrique Razon Jr. was recognized as the “biggest dollar gainer” with a $2.5 billion increase, bringing his total to $8.1 billion and securing the third spot.
