Devolver Digital Comes with a Succession Plan

Douglas Morin, who served as the CEO of Devolver for over two years, has officially resigned from his position. Taking over the reins is Harry Miller, the co-founder of Devolver and former executive chairman. Simultaneously, Kate Marsh has been appointed as the non-executive chair, having served as the senior independent director since Devolver’s IPO. Graeme Struther, COO and co-founder of Devolver has also joined the company board.
Morin initially joined the company in 2020 as Chief of Staff and played a pivotal role in Devolver’s public listing in November 2021.
Miller, a key figure in forming the company in 2009 alongside Rick Stults, Graeme Struthers, Nigel Lowrie, and Mike Wilson, had previously held the CEO position. His extensive experience includes leadership roles at Ritual Entertainment, Gathering of Developers, Gamecock Media, and En-Tranz Entertainment.
Miller expressed his gratitude to Douglas for his significant contributions to Devolver over the past four years. The announcements coincide with Devolver’s recent financial results, which align with expectations.
